These terms apply to everyone who uses this website. By searching, comparing or continuing to a reservation you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We operate a comparison service. We display live offers from suppliers listed by our booking partner, Discover Cars, and pass you to that platform to complete a reservation. We are an intermediary: we do not own vehicles, we do not operate a fleet, we do not hand over keys and we are not a party to your rental agreement. The agreement is concluded directly between you and the supplier you choose, under that supplier's own terms.
Prices, vehicle categories, deposit amounts, insurance conditions and availability come from the booking partner in real time and can change at any moment until a reservation is confirmed. A price seen in search results is an indication for the parameters you entered; the binding price is the one shown at the moment of confirmation and repeated in your voucher.
The reservation is created on the booking partner's platform. Your confirmation, voucher, payment receipt and customer support for that reservation come from them and from the supplier. Please read the conditions attached to the specific offer before confirming: they state what is included, what deposit applies, the fuel policy, the mileage limit and the cancellation rules.
Changes and cancellations are handled by the booking partner according to the conditions of the offer you selected. We cannot change, cancel or refund a reservation ourselves. If you need help finding the right contact, write to us and we will point you to it.
Each supplier sets its own requirements, typically a valid driving licence held for a minimum period, an identity document, a minimum driver age and a payment card in the main driver's name. Some offers require no security deposit; others do. The exact requirements are stated in the offer conditions and in your voucher. Meeting them is your responsibility.
We take care to keep descriptions, guides and driving information accurate and up to date, but they are provided for general information. Road rules, fees and supplier conditions change. Where an offer's conditions and our general information differ, the offer's conditions prevail.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the performance of a supplier, for the condition of a vehicle, for charges applied at the counter, or for losses arising from a reservation concluded with a supplier. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Texts, layout, images and code on this site belong to the site operator or are used with permission. Supplier names and logos belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.
We earn a commission from our booking partner when a reservation started on this site is completed. This never changes the price you pay and does not affect the order in which offers are shown.
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment within the European Union, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page with the date shown above.
